By accessing or using SkinPal ("the App"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the App.
You may create an account using Google Sign-In or Apple Sign-In. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities under your account. You must provide accurate and complete information.
SkinPal provides a product registry for informational purposes. While we strive for accuracy, we do not guarantee that product information — including ingredients, descriptions, types, and availability — is complete, current, or error-free.
Amazon Associates Disclosure: SkinPal is a participant in the Amazon Services LLC Associates Program, an affiliate advertising program designed to provide a means for sites to earn advertising fees by advertising and linking to Amazon.com. Some product links on SkinPal are affiliate links, meaning we may earn a commission on qualifying purchases at no additional cost to you.
The App provides skincare information and product data for educational and informational purposes only. SkinPal is not a healthcare provider and does not provide medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment. Consult a qualified healthcare professional before using any skincare product, especially if you have underlying skin conditions, allergies, or are pregnant or breastfeeding.
You retain ownership of content you create within the App, including routines, shelf data, notes, and photos. By uploading content, you grant SkinPal a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to use, store, and display such content solely for the purpose of providing the App's functionality to you.
You agree not to upload content that is unlawful, infringing, or harmful. We reserve the right to remove content that violates these terms.
SkinPal integrates with third-party services including Google (for authentication), Firebase (for data storage and notifications), and OpenWeatherMap (for weather and UV data). Use of these services is subject to their respective terms and privacy policies.
The SkinPal name, logo, and all original content, features, and functionality are owned by SkinPal and are protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. Product names, brands, and trademarks displayed in the App belong to their respective owners.
SkinPal is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. In no event shall SkinPal be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the App, including but not limited to allergic reactions, skin irritation, or other adverse effects from products recommended or listed in the App.
We may suspend or terminate your access to the App at any time, with or without cause. You may stop using the App at any time. Upon termination, your right to use the App will cease immediately.
We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting. Your continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
